At MASHFiX, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services. We understand that sometimes things may not work out, and we want to make the return process as smooth as possible. This Return Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returning products purchased from MASHFiX, in accordance with U.S. laws.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, digital downloads, and hazardous materials. We also do not accept returns for gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
