Some customers cannot easily carry a desktop, monitor, printer or laptop to a repair shop. Mashfix provides scheduled onsite support for computer problems, new-device setup, printers, Wi-Fi, home offices and everyday technology—with respectful help for seniors and family members coordinating service.
Data recovery represents a major part of Mashfix’s work. The team evaluates hard drives, SSDs, NVMe storage, USB devices and computers that no longer boot, then explains the recovery path, timing, price, risk and limitations before approved work begins.
Mashfix also handles advanced computer fault isolation, board-level diagnostics and everyday component repair. As an Apple Independent Repair Provider (IRP), Mashfix has access to genuine Apple parts, tools, training, service guides and diagnostics for eligible out-of-warranty iPhone and Mac repairs.
Our goal is simple: protect the data, document the symptoms, test the cause, explain the findings and proceed only after approval.
