Important program distinction

Mashfix is an Apple Independent Repair Provider, not an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Independent Repair Provider repairs are for eligible out-of-warranty iPhone and Mac service. These repairs are not covered by Apple’s warranty or AppleCare plans, although Mashfix warranty terms may apply. Apple’s public listing currently identifies the Irving provider location; customers using another Mashfix service point should contact us to confirm intake and routing.
