Get your home connected again.

Wi-Fi dropping, a computer refusing to connect, or a printer disappearing after a router change? Mashfix checks the equipment together at your home to find where the connection breaks.

Start with what stops working.

01

One device will not connect

Compare the affected computer with working devices, review supported connection settings and test the task that fails.

02

Connections drop or slow down

Review where the problem occurs, the equipment in use and whether symptoms point to local Wi-Fi, a device or the internet connection.

03

A router or setup changed

Help reconnect compatible computers and printers after a router replacement, network change or workspace move.

Keep the usual setup in place.

Testing at your address helps us see the problem where it happens. Include these details when requesting a visit:

  • Which devices work, and which disconnect or fail.
  • The router model, internet provider and any recent changes.
  • Rooms or tasks affected, such as printing or video calls.

Keep passwords and recovery codes out of the request form.

A clear next step for your connection.

We review supported device and router settings before recommending equipment changes. Provider outages, building-managed networks, new cabling and advanced infrastructure may need the internet provider, property manager or a specialist. Hardware and the proposed work are confirmed before the visit.

Before you book

Can you tell whether the problem is Wi-Fi or my internet provider?

We can compare device behavior and available local connection checks to help identify the likely source. A provider outage or fault outside your equipment needs the internet provider; we explain the findings and the next step.

Can Mashfix help with a router or mesh system I already own?

Include the model and what you want to change. We review compatibility, access and the proposed setup before confirming the work. Coverage and speed depend on the property, equipment and internet service.

What if my apartment or community manages the Wi-Fi?

Tell us which equipment and settings the property controls. We can review your own supported devices, but changes to a shared network require the authorized manager or provider.

Should I send my Wi-Fi password in the request?

No. Describe the issue without passwords or recovery codes. If access is needed during an approved visit, enter credentials privately when possible.

Tell us what will not connect.

Describe the equipment and what you need. We will confirm the service plan and availability.
