Move the files you choose
Review readable source files and available backups, agree on what should transfer, and check representative documents or photos on the new device.
Finish the familiar details
Help with supported software, existing email accounts and practical settings. Application compatibility, licenses and account access are reviewed separately.
Keep the old computer and backups.
Do not erase, trade in or dispose of the old device before your important files have been checked on the new setup. Have these ready:
- Old and new computer models, chargers and accessories.
- The documents, photos and other files you want to keep.
- Available backups and an authorized account owner for private sign-in.
Keep passwords and recovery codes out of the request form.
File transfer and data recovery are different.
A routine transfer needs readable files. A clicking drive, liquid-damaged device or unreadable storage may require a recovery assessment first. Moving documents also does not automatically move every application, license, saved password or account.

Before you book
Can you help me move from Windows to Mac, or Mac to Windows?
We can review compatible personal-file transfers and the new setup. Application versions, file formats, licenses and cloud accounts may differ, so include both computer models and your essential software in the request.
Will all my programs and passwords move automatically?
No. Programs may need a supported installer and valid license; accounts may require private sign-in or recovery. We confirm what can be transferred and what needs separate setup before proceeding.
What if the old computer no longer starts?
Tell us the symptoms and whether a separate backup exists. The storage may need assessment before a transfer is possible. Avoid repeated restarts if the drive clicks or files disappear, and use the data recovery route for suspected storage failure.
Can you set up several computers for a business?
Yes, business requests are reviewed through our workstation setup service. Include the number of users, equipment, applications and the person authorized to approve access and changes.
