A practical service plan
We review the computers in scope, recurring symptoms and important business applications. Planned checks can address performance, storage capacity, update status and visible hardware concerns. We coordinate restart-sensitive work with your contact so the maintenance window reflects how employees actually use their computers.
A service summary helps separate completed work from recommendations needing approval. An older laptop may need a battery, a busy workstation may need more memory, and another machine may need no change. Parts, projects and other services outside the agreed labor allowance receive a separate quote.

No. Checks can identify issues and support planned decisions, but they cannot prevent every failure. Maintain a suitable backup arrangement and tell us which devices or files are business-critical.
